Investment Overview

The Partnership intends to raise up to US$10.0 million in equity to acquire a portfolio of approximately 240 single-family, income producing properties in prime residential neighbourhoods in selected cities in the United States like Atlanta, Detroit, Kansas, Memphis and Orlando.

 

These locations have been chosen based on their low cost of entry and strong cash flow potential. We have identified under-valued acquisition opportunities in these cities that will provide our investors with high income yields and significant capital appreciation potential from rising home values over the next 3 to 5 years.*

 

We believe these areas will be the top performing real estate markets in 2016/2017 with many other industry experts predicting the same.

 

Our LP Units are denominated in US currency with the rental income earned by the portfolio paid out quarterly in US dollars

Other locations will be considered as opportunities arise.

Anticipated Investment Return Summary

AIP Limited Partners are entitled to receive a minimum priority or Preferred Return of 8% annually.
